1. Are you a factory?
We are a factory set up more than 10 years, we accept OEM/ODM orders!
2. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please notify us so that we will reply your inquiry with priority.
3. How to custom-made (OEM/ODM)?
If you have a drawing or a sample, please send to us, we can custom-made the hardware as your required. We will also provide our professional advices of the products.
4. How should I order and make payment?
By T/T. For samples, 100% with the order. For production, 30% deposit before production arrangement, 70% balance before loading.
5. What is the delivery time?
Delivery will occur between 3 and 15 days after the order date. Faster delivery time can be arranged if needed.
6. Do you support small batch orders?
As a professional factory with over 10 years of experience, we accommodate various order sizes and specialize in fulfilling OEM/ODM requirements efficiently.
