Yes, we welcome sample orders to check quality before placing a main order. Samples can be sent out within 3-7 days after receiving the sample cost.
Do you offer customized logos or packages?
Yes, we can customize your logo imprinting on the product. Charges may apply depending on your specific requirements.
Can you produce items from a picture or open a private mold?
Sure, we specialize in mold design and manufacturing based on customer requirements, drawings, or samples. Our chief engineer has over 20 years of experience, and our mold department includes 10 dedicated engineers.
Can I choose a custom color instead of standard options?
Yes, you can choose from our available colors or provide a Pantone color. The MOQ for custom colors is 1000pcs per color at no extra cost.
